The Wakato Space API gives an outside agent or tool (Claude Code, Cursor, Zapier, a partner integration or your own scripts) scoped, revocable control of one Wakato space. It is the same set of tools Wakato's own agents use.
One space key (wks_live_…) opens a space two ways. Pick the one that fits what you're building.
MCP, for AI agents
Point Claude Code, Cursor or Claude Desktop at /functions/v1/space-mcp. The agent finds every tool it may use by itself.
REST, for code
Call /functions/v1/space-api from anything that speaks HTTP, with the same key as a Bearer token.

Make a key
In your space: Settings → API Keys → New API key. Choose what it may do. See Keys and scopes.

Two kinds of key
